Quite surreal to be finished with my OT school program. What an immense period of growth and learning. Grateful. Needing some quiet time to get my feet in the earth, my head in the heavens, and to JUST BE, to completely surrender to all this new and delicious unknown ahead. ✨ How we adorn our spaces can make such a difference in the vibration they hold. My heart is so full every time I get to honor someone’s art with beautiful framing and add it’s energy and imagery to the vibration of my space.✨ I wanted to share this beautiful framing done by @mainstreetgallerynj, because I love to support local business and Jen and her lovely staff are truly talented at what they do. I used to work at the gallery and since learning from Jen the incredible care and quality she treats each piece with, I will never take my framing anywhere else. Her framing enhances the magic of the art and preserves it for years to come. If you need picture framing or are looking for some super cool art check them out. A call to action: what makes your soul sing, fills you with radiance, connects you to the internal flow of divine love? Are you committing to yourself & doing it daily? ✨On Yogi Bhajan’s birthday, as I reflect on the teachings he shared and the profound magic & love I find through Kundalini Yoga, I am reminded of my responsibility as teacher & practitioner, and also as a human on this earth school. It is a terrifying/amazing time to be alive. We cannot hide our heads in the sand. We can’t make excuses and sit back. It’s too easy to get caught in the tangles of the world and of our minds. ✨If we want to see change in humanity, culture, community, we have to do the work ourselves first! It’s too easy to get overwhelmed and give up. It’s too easy to live disconnected from our bodies/lives. We chose this human experience, and it’s our responsibility to make the most of it. ✨We have been given the tools to be the lighthouse. To nourish our spirits, elevate ourselves, to do the work so that others can see what that looks like and do the work too! Peace starts with you. ✨Yogiji taught that we have the birthright to happiness, health, holiness, that we have infinite creative capacity inside ourselves, if we can’t see god in all we can’t see god at all, and so much more. ✨You can practice all the yoga you want, taste moments of enlightenment, raise your Kundalini, but what is the point if you’re not integrating it? If you’re not living it? ✨These practices were given so we can elevate and heal ourselves so we can be the lighthouse. How can you do that for yourself today? How can you connect to your infinite capacity, light, wisdom, and grace? How can you share the love with those around you? How can you be more inclusive and widen, open your circles? How can you build community? We need this now more than ever. Be the light house, what does that look like for you? ✨💡✨🌿🌺🌈🌊🌝🌚🌞 #happybirthdayyogibhajan #kundaliniyoga #bethelighthouse
