✨me encanta Bogotá...it’s hard to post about this trip, barely captures it. I feel refreshed and inspired in my perspective as an OT and as a human being. So many magical conversations and experiences! ✨

constant eternal flow, permanence is an illusion. nothing is forever, with that comes a freedom. stability comes from within, expanding, tune into that vast infinity. surrendering to the flow, feeling and allowing ALL of it, practicing letting it all go. the magic of this ebb and flow is in everything. as we drift through the cycles it washes through each moment. noticing this magic in the “mundane”, oh how it flows sweeter.
